  • Tents and furniture: 4000 euro
  • Soundman: 900 euro
  • Transportation van: 500 euro
  • Flowers: 300 euro
  • Disposables: 1200 euro
  • Radhadesh taxi (Deities): 750 euro
  • Groceries for prasadam (3000 plates): 3000 euro
  • Donations to maharajas, cleaning, etc: 2000 euro
  • Other: 3000 euro
  • Total: around 20000 euro
